These terms govern your use of tauson.trade (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tauson is a self-directed trading terminal and analytics site for tokens on Robinhood Chain. It displays information derived from public blockchain data and lets you submit trades that you sign with your own wallet. Tauson is software, not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or fiduciary.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency trading services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations.

By using the Service you represent that none of the above applies to you. This list is not exhaustive and laws change; it is your responsibility, not ours, to confirm that your use is lawful where you are. Any use from a restricted jurisdiction is unauthorized, at your sole risk, and in breach of these terms.
Trades executed through the terminal incur a 1% service fee, taken in ETH as part of the trade flow. Network gas fees are separate and set by the chain. Fees are disclosed in the interface and may change; the fee applied is the one shown at the time of your trade.
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Leaderboards, creator scores, PnL figures and feeds are historical information computed from public blockchain records. Past performance of any wallet or creator does not predict future results. Following, copying or trading based on any wallet's activity is entirely your own decision and risk.
We work to keep indexed data complete and correct, but the Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong: indexing lag, RPC inconsistencies and edge cases in PnL attribution all exist. Figures shown (prices, PnL, scores, balances) are estimates derived from on-chain data, and the blockchain itself is the only authoritative record.

We may restrict access to the interface for abuse. Because the Service is non-custodial, your funds remain yours and withdrawable regardless.
The Service depends on third parties we do not control: Privy (authentication and wallets), Cloudflare (delivery), RPC providers and the Robinhood Chain network itself, plus third-party protocols such as Uniswap and Pons that your trades interact with. Their availability and conduct are outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
The Tauson name, logo, interface and code are our property. Public blockchain data is not owned by anyone. You may not use our branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tauson and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of the fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim or USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tauson and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your trades, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
We may update these terms or modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, with the effective date adjusted. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be announced on @TausonTrade.
